Parking Gates - Security Control Equipment

  • Parking Gates
  • Ticket Dispensers
  • In-ground Detectors
  • Card Readers and Coin Units
  • Fee Computers

Parking Systems, Inc. was founded in 1973 to produce new and innovative parking gates and associated products. Today, PSI produces more internally-manufactured products than any other U.S. producer in the field.

PSI manufactures more of its products in-house therefore higher quality is maintained along with greater reliability.

PSI is the only company in the field to have designed in solid-state logic from its inception. The single parking gate can be expanded into a system as a customer's equipment needs become more sophisticated, because all components are compatible.

Parking Control Gates:

The Parking Sentry gate incorporates all standard automatic parking systems - card, coin/token, free radio control, computer or remote push button, single or multi-gate systems utilizing loop detectors for gate closing or free operation functions. Parking gates are encased in an easy to install housing, painted with a corrosion resistant finish and a locked top access for stand-up inspection and service.

The gate has RDTL solid state logic and an unbreakable slip ring gear box for long life and simple service.

Ticket Dispenser

The PSI ticket dispenser provides automatic or push button dispensed tickets directly to customers for efficient, speedy and positive handling of time rated parking requirements.

The ticket dispensing mechanism is a positive action type with RDTL control logic. This unit is housed in a sturdy metal cabinet with locked gasketed door and removable top cover for ticket loading and inspection. Two stainless steel ticket magazines, with capacity of 5000 tickets each, are supplied. A low level light and buzzer are standard.

Card Access Control

Different card access systems are available to operate with the Parking Sentry Gate. There are proximity readers, touch card readers and slot readers, some of which can be controlled with a computer. Most readers have individual card void capability.
