A standard list of specifications is available for architects and engineers to design and build their job. 

Linen Chutes and Trash Chutes are subject to the NFPA-82 code and have a number of standard requirements.

Options such as electric interlocks and sound coating can be provided but are not required by the national code.

Linen Chute and Trash Chute Door Parts

Linen Chute Door and Trash Chute Door Parts are available to repair existing chutes.  Door closers, handles and latches are common parts that need to be replaced often.  When the doors do not close and latch according to the fire codes then the entire door can be replaced with a new U.L. ?B? label stainless steel approved door.  Click on Trash Chute Door

 

 

Trash Compactor

Trash compactors can be used at the bottom of the trash chute to collect and compact rubbish for easy removal.  Trash compaction lowers hauling costs and makes the unpleasant job of handling rubbish easier.  Commercial rubbish compactors are also available for use at hospitals, factories, malls, schools and more. Locking Mail Box

Mailboxes for residential apartments are available that meet all USPS requirements.  As of October 5, 2006, a new mailbox requirement will take affect that changes the type and size of new mailboxes for new construction of indoor mailbox locations.   Outside pedestal mailboxes are also available which meet the new USPS requirements.  Click Locking Mailbox

Pre-Assembled Security Booths

Security booths are available in aluminum or steel for parking applications.  The aluminum booths are maintenance free eliminating the cost of painting and deterioration by rust.  They carry a 5 year warranty on wall and panel construction and finish.  The steel buildings are made of seamless durable galvanized steel and have many options such as bullet resistant construction.  Click on Bus Shelter or Guard Shack
